Ashley's diverse background and global perspective set her apart from the competition. Having spent a significant part of her youth in Japan, she brings a unique understanding of cultural nuances to her practice. A proud graduate of Hamilton College, she later earned her law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, where she was recognized with the Linda B. Reynolds award for her commitment to public interest law. Indeed, her passion for justice extends beyond the courtroom: Ashley founded the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition, which remains dedicated to promoting restorative justice initiatives in Buffalo.
Before joining The Glennon Law Firm, Ashley served as a law clerk for the Hon. Marian W. Payson in the federal Western District of New York court and honed her litigation skills at a respected Buffalo law firm, litigating business, and employment matters.
