Linda Marie Wayner is an attorney, educator, and problem solver. At the Glennon Law Firm, Linda expertly handles business disputes, commercial litigation, matrimonial matters, and employment discrimination matters. Linda's past experience includes representing Fortune 500 companies, commercial arbitration advocacy in both domestic and international proceedings, and litigation before the United States Supreme Court.
Linda began her career at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, where she specialized in securities litigation and complex commercial arbitration. She then served as General Counsel for International Affairs for Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in New York City for all three of his terms.
A fierce advocate for diversity, Linda has served as Deputy President of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s New York Region, and as a board member to the national non-profit, Pipeline to Practice. For more than fifteen years, she has also taught international arbitration, corporate law, and litigation advocacy at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
Prior to her legal career, Linda earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in international politics at Baylor University. She earned her law degree at the University of Michigan School of Law, where she served on the Michigan Law Review. Linda is a proud native of New York City. She enjoys opera, railroad history, and coaching junior high mock trial.
